Launched in 2000, Provincetown CabaretFest combines performances by local and national cabaret artists with workshops and master classes to help emerging and seasoned performers hone their craft.

David Rhodes
PRODUCING ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
DAVID RHODES trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art,
Carnegie-Mellon and Wesleyan University. Classically schooled with a contemporary edge, Rhodes’ work as a solo artist, stage, film, and television actor has garnered critical acclaim nationally and internationally. As a cabaret artist Rhodes is well known in Provincetown, New York, London, Boston, and New Orleans for his unique and theatrical performances, crossing the boundaries between Cabaret, theater and spoken word performance art. Rhodes is thrilled to be taking the helm in his newly appointed position as Producer and Artistic Director of Provincetown CabaretFest followng several previous summers with the festival as both a Master Class teacher and performer.

John O'Neil
Founder
2000-2012
John O'Neil founded Provincetown CabaretFest in 2000 and holds a special place in his heart for the festival. He is the entertainment coordinator for Club Café’s piano bar The Napoleon Room and its cabaret room Josephine’s. He began his career in the original Napoleon Club in Boston’s Bay Village in 1990. A consummate performer, John has appeared in piano bars, cabaret rooms and concert halls up and down the east coast, including opening for Tony award winner Jennifer Holiday at North Shore Music Theatre. Patricia Fitzpatrick

Patricia Fitzpatrick took the helm as Provincetown CabaretFests’ Producer in 2014. Well known in Provincetown as Director of Tourism she combined her love of Provincetown, expert skills as a performer and educator with her administrator skills, to expand the reach of the festival. Fitzpatrick was the engine of Provincetown CabartFest for twelve years, bringing top talent and unique opportunities to the festival students and the Provincetown Community. Many of the artists and shows she developed and produced during her tenure with the festival have moved on to venues around the country and internationally.

Masterclass Leader - Monday
Angela Bacari was born and raised in Westerly Rhode Island. She never left this seaside town during her fifty year career,,,except to cut a record with RCA that went gold (“Baby I’m Yours”), perform all over the world on the Playboy circuit and cruise ships and headline in Vegas and the Catskills with luminaries like Don RIckles, Rodney Dangerfield, Pat Stewart and Shecky Green. Her many television appearances include, The Mere Griffin Show, The Dinah Shore Show, The Virginia Shore Show and numerous Jerry Lewis muscular dystrophy telethons. As a vocal coach and mentor she managed and nurtured the career of Billy GIlman and is credited for coaching Liza Minelli from 2000-2011 when Liza was stricken with vocal troubles and helping to revitalize the mega star’s career.

Sally Mayes
The NEW YORK TIMES calls her 'incandescent, deliciously saucy.' PEOPLE Magazine describes her as 'the kind of rich theatrical voice that elevates a show tune.' And TIME Magazine says 'Sally Mayes renders songs as richly nuanced as one-act plays.’ Sally made her Broadway debut in Cy Coleman’s WELCOME TO THE CLUB. Her performance won critical praise along with a Theater World Award and Outer Critics Circle nomination as one of Broadway's Outstanding Newcomers. On Broadway, Sally is perhaps best known for her performance in the Roundabout Theater revival of SHE LOVES ME for which she won Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations. Sally appeared as Aunt Corene in URBAN COWBOY (Drama Desk nomination). She drew raves as Mae West in the National Tour of DIRTY BLONDE and also appeared in the Broadway revival of STEEL MAGNOLIAS. Sally starred in several Off-Broadway productions including CLOSER THAN EVER (Outer Critics Circle nomination), DAS BARBECU, PETE N’ KEELY (Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Musical), PLAY IT COOL, GOOD OL’ GIRLS, and THE BEST IS YET TO COME. Film and Television credits include ALPHA HOUSE, CITY HALL, DOUBLE PARKED and BYE BYE BIRDIE, LAW AND ORDER CRIMINAL INTENT, SEX AND THE CITY and THE JOB. Sally also appears on countless cast recordings including, CLOSER THAN EVER, SHE LOVES ME, DAS BARBECUE, BYE BYE BIRDIE, LOST IN BOSTON, UNSUNG MUSICALS, UNSUNG SONDHEIM, and NIGHT OF THE HUNTER, to mention a few. Sally has five solo albums, THE DOROTHY FIELDS SONGBOOK, OUR PRIVATE WORLD: THE COMDEN AND GREEN SONGBOOK, THE STORY HOUR, BOYS AND GIRLS LIKE YOU AND ME, and VALENTINE. Masterclass Leader - Tuesday
For the past four decades, FAITH PRINCE has dazzled audiences on both stage and screen in a variety of memorable comedic and dramatic roles. She quickly rose to Broadway fame after winning a Tony Award, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Award for her performance as Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls directed by Jerry Zaks, and has remained one of the most prolific leading ladies working in the American musical theater. For her Broadway debut in Jerome Robbins Broadway, Ms. Prince was nominated for her first Tony Award and Drama Desk Award, and has since starred in over a dozen Broadway shows: Nick & Nora (Outer Critics Circle nomination), Guys and Dolls, What’s Wrong With This Picture, The King and I, Little Me, James Joyce’s The Dead, Bells Are Ringing (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics nominations), Noises Off, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, A Catered Affair (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics nominations), Annie, and Disaster. Also in New York, she originated the role of Trina in William Finn and James Lapine’s Falsettoland and can be heard on the cast recording. Most recently, she returned to Broadway originating the role of Valentina in BOOP! The Betty Boop Musical. Equally present on screen, Ms. Prince made her television debut guest starring opposite Pierce Brosnan on the hit series “Remington Steele” followed by playing Angela Virago in the 1985 film The Last Dragon. She has appeared in numerous films including: Dave with Kevin Kline, My Father the Hero with Gerard Depardieu, Picture Perfect with Jennifer Aniston, Our Very Own, It Had to Be You, Material Girls, and Disney’s TinkerBell and the Great Fairy Rescue. Faith is perhaps more widely recognized for the many colorful characters she has created on television including recently: Nellie Cantrell on the 2022 Fox series “Monarch” and Judith Robertson in “Emily in Paris”, as well as Kristy Swenson in “Scream Queens”, Elaine Bingum in “Drop Dead Diva”, Claudia in “Spin City”, Kelly Knippers in “Huff”, “Modern Family”, “CSI", “Ugly Betty”, “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Monk”, “House”, “Now and Again” and television movies including most recently “Dear Christmas” for Lifetime. Audiences can now stream her many live appearances, including performances from The Tony Awards, “My Favorite Broadway” at Carnegie Hall, and An Evening At The Pops: A Tribute to Jerry Herman” (PBS). In addition to the original cast recordings, she has two solo albums “A Leap of Faith” (DRG, 2000) and “Total Faith” (Broadway Records, 2013). Faith can frequently be seen in concert and her symphony appearances include Boston Pops, Utah Symphony, Orlando Philharmonic, Cincinnati Pops, and Philly Pops, and Sydney Opera House and the Adelaide Music Festival with Anthony Warlow. Born in Georgia and raised in Virginia, Faith received a BFA in musical theater from University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music before moving to New York and making her professional debut in Scrambled Feet. a revue at The Village Gate Theater. She then succeeded Ellen Greene as Audrey in the original New York and Los Angeles productions of Little Shop of Horrors. In 2009, Ms. Prince was honored by her alma mater with an Honorary Doctorate of Performing Arts.

Sidney Myer
Sidney Myer has been a fixture on the New York Cabaret Scene for half a century, managing the clubs: Panache, Rose’s Turn and Don’t Tell Mama. His award-winning performing has taken him from London to Boca Raton to San Francisco. Stephen Holden, The New York Times: “A beloved, latter day vaudevillian. An engagingly mischievous dispenser of musical repartee.”
